u77 Terms and Conditions — What You Need to Know

1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing u77, registering an account or placing any bet or wager, you enter into a binding agreement with u77 and agree to comply with these Terms in their entirety. These Terms apply to all users of the platform regardless of how they access it — through a web browser, the u77 Android app or any other method.

These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and u77. If there is any conflict between these documents, these Terms take precedence unless otherwise stated.

2 Eligibility and Registration

To register and use u77, you must meet the following requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. u77 does not permit anyone under 18 to register, deposit or participate in any games or betting activity on the platform.
• You must provide accurate, complete and truthful information when registering. This includes your real name, date of birth and valid contact details.
• You must be an individual acting on your own behalf. Corporate accounts or accounts operated by agents on behalf of third parties are not permitted.
• You may only maintain one account on u77. If you have previously had an account closed or suspended, you may not register a new account without explicit written permission from u77 support.

u77 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any point, including before processing withdrawal requests. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restriction until verification is complete.

If you provide false information during registration or at any later point, u77 reserves the right to suspend your account and withhold any pending funds pending investigation.

3 Account Security

You are entirely responsible for maintaining the security of your u77 account. This includes keeping your login credentials — username, password and any two-factor authentication codes — confidential and not sharing them with any other person.

• Use a strong, unique password for your u77 account. Do not reuse passwords from other websites or services.
• Do not allow anyone else to access your account or place bets on your behalf.
• Log out of your account when using shared or public devices.
• Contact u77 support immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without your permission.

u77 will never ask you for your password via email, chat or any other communication channel. Any communication claiming to be from u77 and requesting your password should be reported to our support team immediately.

4 Deposits and Payments

All transactions on u77 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports the following deposit methods:

• JazzCash — mobile wallet deposits processed through your registered JazzCash number
• Easypaisa — mobile wallet deposits via the Easypaisa network
• Raast — instant bank-to-bank transfer via the Raast payment network
• Bank Transfer — direct transfer from any Pakistani bank account
• Debit and credit cards and other supported mobile wallets as listed in the cashier section of your account

Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed in the cashier at the time of deposit. u77 does not charge fees on deposits, although your payment provider may apply their own charges — please check with your provider before depositing.

Deposits are credited to your u77 account balance as soon as the transaction is confirmed by the payment network. In most cases this is near-instant for JazzCash and Easypaisa. Bank transfers may take longer depending on your bank's processing times.

5 Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of your real-money balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully verified before any withdrawal is processed. This includes identity verification and payment method verification where required.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, where possible. This is a standard security measure to prevent fraud.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts are displayed in the cashier section of your account.
• Active bonus funds are not withdrawable until all associated wagering requirements have been met in full.
• u77 does not charge withdrawal fees on its end. Any charges applied by your bank or mobile wallet provider are outside our control.

Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24 hours during business hours. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are usually completed fastest. Bank transfers may take one to three business days depending on your bank.

u77 reserves the right to carry out additional security checks before processing large withdrawals. This may extend processing time but is done to protect your account.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

u77 offers various bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be completed before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement for each offer is clearly stated when the bonus is presented.
• Bonuses are credited to your bonus balance, separate from your real-money balance. Real-money funds are used first when placing bets, unless a bonus is specifically activated.
• Bonuses have an expiry period. If wagering requirements are not met within the stated timeframe, the bonus and any winnings derived from it will be forfeited.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless otherwise specified. Attempting to claim multiple simultaneous bonuses may result in all bonuses being voided.
• u77 reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any promotion at any time. Players will be informed of material changes to active promotions.

7 Gameplay Rules

All games available on u77 are provided by third-party game studios and operate on certified random number generators (RNGs). u77 does not control the outcome of individual game rounds and has no ability to influence results.

• Game results displayed on your screen are final. In the event of a discrepancy between your device display and the game server records, the server records take precedence.
• If a game round is interrupted due to a technical fault — such as a disconnection or server error — the round will be settled based on the last recorded server state. Where this is not possible, the stake will be returned to your account.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits are set per game and are displayed within each game interface.
• u77 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error due to a technical fault, pricing error or data feed failure.

Live casino games are streamed in real time from studios operated by licensed game providers. The rules of individual live games — such as live blackjack, live roulette and live baccarat — are governed by the game provider's own rules, which are accessible within each game.

8 Sports Betting

u77's sports betting section covers cricket — including PSL, T20 internationals and bilateral series — as well as football, esports and other sports. The following rules apply to all sports bets placed on u77:

• All bets are accepted subject to the odds and terms displayed at the time the bet is placed and confirmed. Once confirmed, a bet cannot be cancelled or amended by the player.
• In the event that a match or event is abandoned, postponed or cancelled, bets will be settled according to u77's sports betting settlement rules applicable to each sport. Players will be notified of how affected bets are settled.
• In-play (live) betting is available on selected matches. Bets placed in-play are subject to the odds available at the exact moment the bet is accepted by the system.
• u77 reserves the right to limit stake sizes, restrict betting markets or void bets if there is evidence of match-fixing, data feed errors or other integrity concerns.
• Maximum payout limits apply per bet and per event. These limits are displayed in the relevant betting market.

9 Fair Play and Prohibited Conduct

u77 is committed to maintaining a fair and honest gaming environment for all players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension, forfeiture of funds and, where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any other tool to interact with the platform in a way not intended for human players
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches or pricing errors — any such issues must be reported to support immediately rather than taken advantage of
• Collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or sports betting market
• Using insider information to place sports bets, including information related to match-fixing, team selection or player injuries not publicly available
• Operating multiple accounts to gain unfair access to bonuses, promotions or betting limits
• Engaging in any form of money laundering through the platform
• Threatening, abusing or harassing u77 staff or other players through any communication channel

u77 employs fraud detection systems that monitor account activity continuously. Accounts flagged for suspicious activity will be reviewed and may be temporarily restricted while an investigation is carried out.

10 Account Suspension and Closure

u77 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity, including deposits using stolen payment credentials
• Bonus abuse or manipulation of promotions
• At the player's own request — self-exclusion or voluntary account closure

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, u77 reserves the right to withhold any pending balance pending the outcome of any investigation. Balances confirmed to be clean after investigation will be returned via the player's registered payment method.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their account should contact support. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and the account will be restricted from all deposits, gameplay and betting immediately upon confirmation.

11 Privacy and Data

u77 collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By registering on u77, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in that policy.

In summary, we collect only the data necessary to operate your account, process payments, verify your identity, comply with anti-fraud obligations and improve the platform. We do not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

12 Responsible Gaming

• u77 is not liable for losses arising from technical faults, internet outages, device failures or any circumstances outside our direct control.
• u77 is not responsible for any financial losses you incur through gameplay or sports betting. All gaming and betting carries inherent financial risk.
• u77's total liability to any individual player for any cause is limited to the amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the relevant incident.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded by law.
